The Studio

The Pilates by LAF studio offers state-of-the-art workout equipment, complete with Reformers, TRX® suspension and Barre, to help maximize your Pilates workout. Each studio is custom-built and provides a unique sanctuary to house your Pilates practice. Pilates workouts are available in group, semi-private or private settings.
