The Green Turf is the foundation of the whole functional training space, and we believe what’s under your feet should be just as versatile as the workouts you perform. The turf is a stretch of artificial grass that provides the ideal traction for exercises like tire-tugging while offering minimal friction for exercises like sled-pushing.

Large space

Our Functional Training areas are large in size so that you have all the space you need to perform however big or little movements you need.

Measured increments

Measured increments along the turf are great for mapping out spring exercises or for lining up your moving squat jumps.

Pre-marked sections

The turf is pre-marked to section the space into different workout zones and to show you where equipment goes once you’ve finished using it.

Shock absorption

Working out on artificial grass is better for shock absorption and energy-return which is much easier on your joints.
