Tough it Out with TRX and Battle Ropes


TRX Suspension Straps deliver some of the most comprehensive workout plans you’ll find anywhere. To introduce you to this versatile piece of equipment, let’s just start by mentioning that it was invented by a U.S. Navy SEAL. The intention was to create something that would allow for a total body workout no matter where in the world you might be.  

The acronym stands for Total Resistance Exercise. The bands are easily adjustable which makes it easy to employ them for an upper, a lower, or a full body workout. They have even been scientifically proven to improve total body strength, stability, and cardiovascular health.1

The Battle Ropes are another component of the Functional Training area that we’re excited about! Not only are they impressive to witness in action, they have the potential to absolutely shred your upper body. Throw some push-ups in between reps and you’ve got yourself a killer upper body workout.
